We couldn't finish The Jaime Foxx vampire movie

Jamie Foxx and Dave Franco are the stars of the new vampire hunting movie "Day Shift". The story is about a hardworking blue collar dad who wants to provide a decent life for his smart daughter. But his boring job cleaning pools in San Fernando Valley, California, is only a facade for his real income source, hunting and killing vampirics as part of the international Union of vampire hunters.

The premise sounds interesting, but can J.J. Perry deliver the goods?

Jamie Foxx is seen shooting at a woman who turns out to have been a vampire in the opening scene of "Day Shift". This then leads to a wild fight between them. This movie has a great deal of fun with rag-doll action scenes. It makes those scenes pop in a different way than many of the action blockbusters or Netflix movies. It's hard to not think about the old adage that "action speaks more than words". But, "Day Shift" has a unique ability to employ both dialogue and action to enhance the story and character development. Jamie Foxx's role as the vampire is finally defeated and he engages in a humorous exchange with his partner about how "he thought she was going to transform into a bat" or something. Moments like these are what elevate "Day Shift," above similar movies.

Day Shift may be the worst movie ever made. It is obvious what they wanted to do but they failed so badly. It is lacking in acting ability, dialogue, and plot. But somehow, I found myself enjoying it. It could be that I am a sucker of vampire movies, or it could just be that I love watching bad movies. Day Shift was fun. It's not a great movie, but it's a lot of fun. That's really all I want from a movie such as this.

Day Shift was a very mixed movie. The movie has a lot to offer, including some action scenes that are fun and some characters like the two brothers and Seth. But the villain is horrible and there are many mediocre characters. That helps the stronger characters shine more. There were scenes missing that were not shown. Bud's neighbor acts like she is a friend even though they only had about 3 minutes each before the final scene. Bud's prank phone calling at the gas station was the best moment of the movie. It was hilarious and it was so much fun to watch. However, the movie didn't end as well. Day Shift, in the end, is a mixed bag. There are parts that are fantastic and others that are horrible. This movie is great for those who want to have a good time and (Day Shift starring Jaime Foxx) laugh.

I almost forgot about Snoop Dogg. He's an amazing character in Day Shift. He makes the movie worthwhile. His comedy is great and he's funny. He is so natural in this role. It's as if he was made for the role.
